Minto Reef

A submerged atoll reef of the extreme northwestern corner of Pohnpei State, Minto Reef is located 104 km northwest from Oroluk and 433 km northwest from Pohnpei; the outer barrier reefs of Chuuk lie 257 km to the southwest.
The 8 km by 6 km Minto Reef is a sunken atoll formation that forms an irregular shaped ring comprising an outer breaking reef crest and a deep central lagoon.
