Banc de L'Orne

Located at the southeastern end of the Loyalty Ridge, the Banc de L'Orne (L'Orne Bank) is located 120 km southeast from Maré and 17 km north from Walpole Island. The bank is the flat-topped summit of a submarine seamount that rises to within 10-30 m of the surface; its surface is composed from sands and gravel.
